Sample screens, maps, and offers shown on the Site use fictional or example data and do not represent real customers, results, or live availability.

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, probe, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Don’t submit information that you don’t have the right to share, or that is unlawful, misleading, or sensitive personal data.

The Site’s content, design, text, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Jackson Street Solutions LLC and protected by law. You may view and share links to the Site, but may not copy, modify, or reuse our content without permission.

Map data on the Site is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License, and map tiles are provided by OpenFreeMap and OpenMapTiles. Other names and marks belong to their owners.

The Site relies on third-party services and may link to third-party sites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackson Street Solutions LLC and its owners and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change the Site or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
