Who takes care of it afterward?

We recommend letting us run it, but it’s your choice.

MillerGeo Managed

Recommended

For businesses that don’t want to manage the software themselves.

$129/month

Standard monthly rate for straightforward applications. More complex applications may require a separately quoted management fee.

Example: the $995 checker + $129/month for as long as you want us to run it.

We host, monitor, maintain, and support your application so you can focus on your business.

Management includes

  • Application hosting
  • Monitoring
  • Routine maintenance and security updates
  • Bug fixes for agreed functionality
  • Reasonable minor adjustments
  • Direct technical support
No thanks, I don’t need help. I’ll take care of it myself.

That’s a legitimate choice. We deploy your application under your own accounts, hand over the agreed files and documentation, and walk your team through managing it. You pay no MillerGeo monthly fee. Handoff work is scoped into your project quote, with no separate fee.

Independent handoff may involve

  • Customer-owned hosting
  • Customer-owned Google Cloud API credentials and billing
  • Agreed source code or licensed deliverables
  • Deployment documentation
  • Geographic data and configuration handoff
  • A handoff walkthrough

Independently hosted applications can still incur third-party hosting, Google API, and maintenance expenses, which are billed to your own accounts.

Discuss Your ProjectFree to talk. You get a fixed quote before anything is built.

The goal is simple: give your team their time back.

Every phone call that asks if you serve an address, and every signup someone has to chase down, is time your employees aren’t spending on the work that matters. We build the tool so your customers get answers faster and your team spends less time sorting through inquiries. Both sides win.

Today

  • Staff answer the same “do you serve my address?” calls all day.
  • Online signups arrive from addresses you can’t serve.
  • Employees chase down missing or unclear details before they can help.

With a MillerGeo application

  • Customers get a clear answer the moment they enter an address.
  • Signups arrive with a validated address and a service result.
  • Your team starts with a real, ready-to-help lead.

What is your team’s time worth?

Try your own numbers. This is a rough estimate from what you enter, not a promise of results.

Staff time on these requests

8.7 hours/month

Roughly

$217 /month

Not every request goes away, and results vary by business. Compare it with the cost of managing an application below, and consider what your team could do with that time instead.

Common questions.

What if our needs change?

That’s expected. If you need to update an existing price, adjust a promotion, or make a small change, we’ll help within your agreed support arrangement.

If you’d like something new, such as additional signup conditions, customer options, or a new integration, we’ll explain the work and quote it before making changes.

You’ll always have the opportunity to approve the cost first.

What’s included in the initial project quote?

The design, development, and launch of the functionality we agree on, plus testing with representative addresses and setup of your service-area data as scoped. The written quote lists exactly what’s included before work begins. Complex GIS preparation and integrations can increase it, and we’ll tell you that up front.

Are there any recurring third-party costs?

Possibly. Applications like these usually rely on outside services such as hosting and Google’s address and map services, and usage-based costs depend on how many addresses are searched. We explain how each is handled before you sign. With a self-managed handoff, hosting and Google services are billed to your own accounts.

What if we already have GIS service boundaries?

That helps. We can work from existing boundaries, including exports from mapping tools. We review the condition of your data first, and if cleanup, conversion, or creating missing boundaries is needed, it’s scoped into your quote.

Can we switch from managed to self-managed later?

That’s possible. We’d scope the handoff work for your application and agree the cost in writing before doing it.

What happens if something stops working?

If it’s a defect in functionality we agreed to build, we fix it. With MillerGeo Managed, we also monitor the application so problems can be caught early. With a self-managed handoff, how long defects are covered is set out in your written agreement.

Do we own our application and data?

Ownership of your data, the application, and any reusable MillerGeo tools, along with the licenses that apply, are specified in the written agreement before work begins. A handoff includes delivering the agreed files and documentation.
