Service area checks and route sign-up for lawn care companies

A crew is only efficient when customers sit on the same routes. We build the tool that checks an address, places it on the right mowing route, and signs up customers where your crews already drive.

Sound familiar?

  • Quotes come in from addresses outside your routes, which costs time and fuel to serve.
  • Scheduling a new customer means checking a map and calling around to find a service day.
  • You can’t easily tell which neighborhoods have the density to add a route.

Questions about landscaping & lawn care tools.

Can customers be assigned to a mowing route automatically?

Yes. When your route boundaries and service days are set up, the address result shows the route and day, and the new customer arrives already assigned.

What if our routes change during the season?

Route boundaries can be updated, and small updates are part of ongoing care. Large reworking of routes is scoped separately.

Can we limit sign-ups when a route is full?

Yes. A full route can show a waitlist message instead, and capture the customer’s details for when space opens.

Do we need digital maps of our routes?

No. We can draw boundaries with you from your description or existing maps. Boundary creation is scoped and quoted separately from the build.

Does it handle pricing?

Simple pricing and packages by area can be shown. Complex quoting is scoped with you.

How much does it cost?

Every project gets a fixed written price before work begins. Example projects start at $995, and you can have MillerGeo manage it or have it handed off to your team. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.

How accurate are the results?

Results are only as accurate as the boundary data behind them. We validate with representative test addresses before launch and agree how edge cases should be handled.
